WXP Asia: Annual Green Aviation Case Study is an open, research-driven competition that brings together students and professionals from around the world to collaborate with global aviation leaders. Throughout the program, participants receive expert-led workshops and training from organizations such as CAE, Airbus, Boeing, Upcycling, ICAO, and Volar Mobility.

Teams are formed as groups of 3-4 or indidivudlas are paired. (Teamwork)
Mid June

Briefing
Teams receive the first briefing for collaborative problem-solving and real-world project execution. (Teamwork, Conviction)

Mentorship - Strategy & Planning
Teams transform ideas into business strategies, applying critical thinking and strategic decision-making. (Analysis, Research, Teamwork)

Final Presentation Day
Participants present their solutions through rigorous rounds, refining their pitches before delivering a high-stakes final presentation to aviation industry leaders. (Innovation, Teamwork, Presentation)

Final Report
Participants incorporate expert feedback into their final reports, refining their analyses and recommendations before submitting their work for publication on TheWorldCase.com. (Innovation, Teamwork, Presentation)

How do I register for this competition?
Pre-Registration for Institutions is available as of May.
Individual registration opens in June.
Who can participate?
This challenge is rated Level 1 in difficulty. Participants should have a basic foundation in business, engineering, and/or aviation. No experience is required.
The competition is open to:

Collegial, Bachelors and up
How many people can be part of a team?
Teams of 3-4 are created by each institutions. Individual participants can also be matched based on their regions. Teams form their own groups.
Can I join if I do not have experience?
Yes and yes! We provide plenty of resources to help you succeed. Trying is the first step.
This competition is held annually and is always open to all. You’re welcome to join, learn, and grow and if you don’t make it to the final round this time, you can come back stronger next year.
Can I add this experience to my resume?
Absolutely! You will be receiving a certificate under the World Case Comittee for taking part of the Green Aviation Case Study, WXP Track.
Prizes also fund the attendance of the annual International Conference in Aviation ICGA.
Is this event online or in person?
The Green Aviation Case Study is held online, with a hybrid reveal aligned with the International Conference in Green Aviation in China each year.
How do we qualify for the finals?
The Green Aviation Case Study has a preliminary round followed by a final round. Points are awarded for each round.
The top teams of each division are selected for the final round based on their cumulative scores.
Can I make a team with my friends?
Yes, teams are formed by the participants.
